Discover the Gemini 105Mc's expansive interior complete with comfortable dinette seating for six, sleeping room for up to eight, a double-sided work surface in the galley with a front-loading 4 cubic foot refrigerator, a beautiful master cabin with an incredible view, roomy head with separate shower, and much more. “Step over an 11" doorframe into the salon and there's no comparing the open spaces of the Mc's 14-foot beam to the view along the saloon of a typical 34-foot monohull. That impression is augmented by a portlight array that provides 360-degree visibility, and four Bomar hatches that allow light and air to flow in from overhead.”
- Practical Sailor Perhaps the most important aspect of the Gemini interior is something you won't even notice right away. The Gemini interior consists of a single, one-piece interior liner that stretches from bow to stern and port to starboard. This single liner provides a clean, uniform interior that keeps the boat light, strong, and contributes towards Gemini's great sailing performance. Just click on the photos below for a great view of the interior. When stepping into the cabin of a Gemini, most sailors are immediately taken with the shear amount of interior volume. A space that is open, light, and airy. The term "down below" just does not apply. To achieve this amount of interior volume on a monohull - the boat would have to be 45' long! We've outfitted the interior with all the amenities seasoned cruisers want. There's a double-sided galley that includes a 4 cubic foot front loading refrigerator that operates off propane or shore power. There's also plenty of smartly designed storage in each area of the boat that makes for an uncluttered cabin. There are useful touches such as a solid teak, convertible dining table that can seat 6 or 8 people, just two steps down to the hulls keeps everyone on the same level, an average of 6' headroom throughout, and a panoramic, forward-facing view from the master bed. "When you’re seated it’s possible to see virtually 360° around the boat, so there’s no need to climb the hull sides or stand on the settees to see out on a rainy day at anchor."-Sailing Today
Click on any of the photos above for a high-resolution version For the 2009 model Gemini 105Mc, we've added a new larger cockpit enclosure system that virtually doubles the amount of space. So what was good before - is now even better. The new enclosure surrounds the entire cockpit in either screening or isinglass (clear plastic). The new enclosure makes entertaining in the cockpit even more enjoyable with additional space and seating areas. The screening option provides for a "back porch" with protection from biting insects. The isinglass option makes the cockpit into a usable living space even when it's wet and cold outside. In fact, the optional cabin heater does a great job of distributing heat out to the enclosed cockpit. The new enclosure also offers one more option - a sun cover which extends out over the sides of the cockpit to provide additional shade.
