Southport

This entry is dedicated to "Chester" Smith, part of the California Smith family, a Ginger tabby cat who had a very eventful life, and lost his battle with many things including various infections  on Sunday (their goldfish also died).

Happier things, a great visit to Southport, a very nice liveable town, I think we were the youngest people there! Decided to change the drive leg oil at the marina there, and needed to visit the local Walmart to stock the fridge! Left the marina at about 11 am, so it'll be a short travel day today. Yesterdays trip down the Cape Fear River was uneventful, fortunately, that can be a nasty body of water, but didn't live up to it's reputation.
